My claim is taking longer

Its going to be two weeks since I've made a claim with MTN for my iPhone still I have not received my phone I use the phone for personal use and business what is taking so long I'm really struggling to communicate with clients my id number is *** I have also paid access fee and they have also picked up the device pls help I need my phone
