My bad experience with mtn

I had a very bad experience with Mtn I was offered a migration by one of their marketing companies. They refused to honor their part or assit in rectifying the situation. Rewardsco offered me a migration package, whereby I got double of what I was getting at a reduced rate. I've been calling and emailing Mtn Mtn staff we more interested in me downgrading to the original package, instead of honoring a legal agreement.
