MY AIRTIME ,SMS'S AND DATA DISAPPEARED

No guys this is not on , my day stopped and i cant call nor sms people and you said you will be solving the problem of my sudden disappearance of my Airtime ,sms's and data , i loaded airtime and it also doesn't appear like ***??????? you are even charging me more interest on the airtime i loan from you. what is this MTN?
