My airtime keeps on disappearing

Every time I load airtime my airtime disappears. When I called in (that one time when I was successful) they said it was wasps and they removed it. I buy data with my airtime and they both vanish with minutes from recharging. When ever I try and call in, their lines are either not available or they just drop the lin. Secondly, my partner tried to do a sim swop on his *** number for the past 2weeks and they just cut the line. He needs that number for his business. When I checked my whatsapp, his 'last seen ' was 2 June, but his phone went missing month end of May. The person that stole the phone is using that phone which makes is harder to do the sim swop. Why can't a sim swop be done in a mtn store? We will be porting our numbers to Cell C if this situation is not sorted. This free R55 thing is also a total ripp-off cause the minute YOU PEOPLE load that ****, my airtime disappears. I do not want that airtime anymore, I just want my airtime and my partners sim swop done. Your network is messed up and yet I choose to stay with MTN, bt this is enough. It is very annoying and disgusting how you just ripp people off. Airtime is MONEY after all. Sort this out ASAP!!
