my airtime keeps disappearing
I keep losing airtime and receiving the Wow promotional airtime even if I didnt call or sms anyone, so please sort this thing out and stop robbing your own customers. the other thing is that you 173 customer care line does not allow the customer to speak to the operator, why is that? please im running out of patience and im sure im not the only one

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kindly note that upon checking your account MTD, it shows that the airtime loaded was used for making calls, connecting to the internet and also purchasing BIS for R59.
