My airtime is being ****** by my service provider. Automatically subscribed to MTN "Reycreo" WITHOUT MY PERMISSION twice in one day. Received SMS thanking me for "my subscription" to the MTN Reycreo service at 02:19 AM After NEVER being asked to subscribe to the service in the first place and the fee of R9.08 was deducted from my airtime balance. I followed the procedure to unsubscribe and received the SMS confirming that the subscription was cancelled at. AGAIN received SMS thanking me for my subscription to MTN Reycreo service at 22:55 PM and ANOTHER R9.08 was deducted from my airtime balance. This is flat out THEFT. I was not asked to NOR DID I GIVE MY PERMISSION for this subscription. In the month of July 2019 MTN Reycreo has deducted R 45,40 out of my airtime balance. I tried to solve the problem and called the MTN call centre where I spoke to a lady named Katherine on 28 July 2019, she informed me that she could not stop the subscriptions from coming to my phone but she would send them a email to stop them and that she does not think any of my ****** funds will be paid back to me. I recorded this call if anyone wants to listen to it. I went about my day thinking the subscription was stopped and I would not be subscribed without my permission again but on 29 July 22:47 PM I received another subscription attempt but I had a insufficient balance so the money was not deducted. So I did not load airtime for fear of it being ****** in this way. After this attempt here are the dates that followed when they attempted the subscription but I had a insufficient balance so the money was not deducted: 1 August 2019 01:51 AM 2 August 2019 04:33 AM 2 August 2019 09:46 AM 3 August 2019 04:31 AM 4 August 2019 18:03 PM 2 X 4 August 2019 22:31 PM directly after each other By this time I only had about R 9, on my airtime not enough for the R 9.08 of MTN Reycreo monthly, but then they changed the subscription to MTN Reycreo Weekly deducting R 3.03 on 23 August 04:42 AM ,as soon as I saw it I again cancelled it immediately, and then my balance was around R6 not enough for the R 9.08 of MTN Reycreo monthly but enough for MTN Reycreo Weekly deducting R 3.03 .
