My advise is stay away from their online services.

I used their online site to purchase a fibre router and contract. I made the payment and waited for the router delivery. After 2 weeks without any update I called only to be told my order is still in process.

I asked what was required to complete the order and nobody could help. I spent a few days being transferred between sales and customer services with everyone saying I was in the wrong department. Eventually I requested to cancel the order which they did but nobody could help me get my refund. I emailed their complaints department who ignored me and then reached out to the goods and services ombudsman and it's been 3 months with no resolution yet.

Absolutely junk service
