My active number I've been using for over 20 years has been allocated to another user

My mom's number has been given away to a new contract user, which does not make sense to me as my mom has been using her number for more than 20 years.

She is now unable to make or receive calls.

All her accounts are linked to this number.

I need this matter resolved as a matter of urgency.
