My account was handed over and i was able to pay all the money i was owing, my last payment was on the 26 of April 2024

My account was handed over and i was able to pay all the money i was owing, my last payment was on the 26 of April 2024. But till today my account is not yet updated, all i got was a paid up letter but my credit profile isnt yet updated. I’ve sent so many emails to them but with no response, its been like 3 months and this is affecting my credit profile
