MY ACCOUNT ISSUES ARE STILL NOT RESOLVED!!!
I upgraded my contract last year august and i have sent emails with bank statements showing payments. i now owe R14 000 on this account and i do not understand what is going on, even though i emailed proof of payments to gugu from your lawyers i STILL have not recieved any feedback. this is so disrespectful and i demand answers. i am actually exhausted and i refuse to pay this amount of interest knowing i have been paying. my id is *** and number that is now not recognised by MTN is ***.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Since there was no payment received since June the account was handed to our external collectors. The amount given from the attorneys includes arrears plus legal and interest fees.
If you can settle the arrears amount of R1 385.22 we can close the file with our attorneys.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
