my 11th post and 6 weeks and counting and still no device and I PAID the money already!!

This is extremely unproffesional from MTN and i am Extremely frustrated .

I bought a phone on mtn online store and paid my money already using my credit card. ^ weeks later no device as of yet.

Spoke to Pat Nolwandle Mamane who was very helpful and promised to sort out my issue but yet nothing has been resolved yet and still awaiting feedback . Alos been in contact with Khoza, Nosipho but this person has not been helpfull at all and she is unresonsive to my emails .

How can company like MTN take your money and not deliver ? I am extremely frustrated and I want to resolve this issue this week please!
