I have had the worst service from MTN about cancelation of one of my contract, my contract was supposed to end on the 16 of April 2021 and I called to inform MTN thar I don't want to renew my contract and I was told to call on the 16th of April to cancel. I called almost every day and they will put me to retention and made me hold for hours without any assistance and I then decided to go to MTN Soshanguve crossing and they did the 'cancelation'. I was surprised when. Money was deducted on the 15th of May and I called MTN where I was told that I was put on a month to month contract and the lady apologized because she could see my request for cancelation. Today when I call MTN to confirm my cancelation I am still not canceled. I was put to retention as I write this I have been put on hold for hours. On the same number I am unable to buy airtime because airtime just disappeared, from the 28th of December 2020 8 have been calling MTN even went to Tzaneen MTN but I can't be assisted. I just want MTN to cancel my contract and solve my airtime issue
