MWEB / MTN - reference MWB***7 keep to your 5G promises

Refer MWEB reference number : MWB***7 I was sold a 5G ZTE MC888 system, promising a much faster service in excess of 50mbps....however for the past 2 weeks since installation, I average 1.59mbps upload and 1.7 mbps download. I was told that a MTN technician will contact me to resolve this issue....to no avail, instead I am given generic answers instead of resolving my matter. I depend on this connection to run my business and I dont think that both MWEB/MTN doesnt care or lack the will to assist I trust that this approach will assist
