You still awaiting 2 years now still not sort out my problem how is the MTN service when I call the customer care you just like a drop to calls no respond and every man my bill is coming without unlocking I'll tell him you stop the contract you don't want to stop this contract how long now two years now 35,000 Rand now is coming who gonna pay this amount

17 Oct 2024, 18:13Disappointed customer...I've tried to cancel my contracts on August 31st 2022 cancellation was logged but nothing occurred...no communication no updates ..only to realise my account is in arrears I've called retentions dept numerous times no assistance
Please can I receive some assistance as to these contracts which should of been cancelled year's ago
As its affecting my credit score..
