Municipality's gives better service then MTN
<p>I waitet 6 weeks for my upgraded phone , thanks to hellopeter i got my phone eventually after 4 days I had placed the ad on hellopeter. Thank you</p> <p>Now i have a new phone that i waited for 46 days to get , now my second problems starts.It does not work , it says "emergency calls"the whole time. I have phoned mtn cutomer care on more than four occasions and everytime they tell me "switch of you phone and wait 10m".I am in my forth day now without any service or network coverage .I should have stopped my contract when i had the chargens ...our municipality is not good at all but it gives better service then MTN...wonder what will happen if you do not pay your bill..</p> <p>Please help ..hellopeter </p>
