Multiple Promises - Zero Delivery. Absolutely Useless

I accepted an offer for a Data Sim Card a while ago. I was told that delivery would be in 48 hours and I should have my ID and proof of residence ready. The company that MTN uses for delivery to clients is a total nightmare. They called 4 times, all a week apart saying, "Please have your ID and proof of residence available". They were supposed to deliver at my work place. Last Friday, they called and gave the same speech, "We will deliver on Monday blah blah blah". I told them I'm going on leave and asked so calmly, "Please do deliver because this is the 4th time I am receiving a delivery promise". We are passed Monday now. No delivery. Numbers used to call me: ***; ***; ***.

Dear MTN Please cancel my order. I have sent an email to this effect. Your service provider is useless. Please tell them not to call anymore.
