Multiple issues not able to be adresses effortlessly!

I have had numerous issues with MTN SA, cant even perform a sim swap, without issues of connectivity, today they were willing to assist. But i need an affidavid for a number that i had loaded airtime on 2 months ago, never any good shop assistance and i don't recommend MTN for a please call me! This company is the worst mobile service provider regarding customer service ever
