It must be the most frustrating company to get a simple monthly invoice or itemized bill from. What happened to a simple old-school email every month??

Just an excerpt from their Facebook support channel:

"Does anything work at MTN? Even the above "open survey" link does not work ... how hard is it just to get my damn statement?? every month I have to struggle like this !!"
