MTS IS A ***** (UNAUTHORISED BILLING)

I called MTN on the 5th of January 2023 to Cancel a contract that was coming to an end on the 14th of February 2023, I was informed that I would get billed R499 for the last time at the end of February, to my surprise I was instead billed R999. I have been sent from pillar to post by different consultants because apparently my cancellation was not processed on the day I called in. Now I am being told that due to MTN's cancellation policy I will be billed again at the end of March.

Due to this horrible service, I would NEVER recommend anyone to take up a contract with MTN.
