MTN.....whatever! Online upgrade fiasco!

And again.... MTN/ Upgrades are so confused!

ALL my contact details on ALL the e-mails I sent, yet, you ask me for my contact details???

I specifically asked for the package to be sent to my work....guess where you lot want to send it? My residence....?! READ!!!

I have been asking for two days now what the "added benefits" entail. Apparently this question is too much to figure out.....as I have not received any answer.

Get your act together!!!!!!!! Your service is worsening every time I want to/ have to upgrade!!!!!
