MTNVPN, Is it so hard to get it activated?

I'm trying to activate my MTNVPN. It's a service for MTN contract customers. I've phoned in December where you said it will be activated between 2 and 24 hours. Again in January 2 to 24 hours for activation and yes again in February it will be activated between 2 to 24 hours. It's Still not activated. I've left queries through the portal, no response. queries through the website, no response. Everytime I need to use the VPN, I must use a Telkom Mobile SIM with prepaid. Please sort it out or cancel my contract because It means nothing without a VPN
