MTN:Tygervalley mall

I am so frustrated at the lack of service from one of the most pathetic and useless managers in Tygervalley mall in cape town. It is such a long story and to cut it short this manager doesn't want to help my mom (an elderly) and never responds to emails or phone calls, my mom has to walk 25min ever single time they close/block her phone from receiving and making calls. The so called managers name is ALICIA Peterson. I will not stop writing until my mother gets the assistance she needs and this issue be resolved soon. Yi***a yodwa nje Lena. MTN please hire people who know how to resolve queries and care for elder people and not give false information because that is messed up. I wish I could give 0 stars.
