Mtn/Supersonic/Openserve worst service delivery ever

App**** for fibre in store at Southway Mall on 30 December 2024. Was told fibre will be installed in 7 days. 15 days later no installation, no router. Claim they can't help, must contact Openserve. Openserve says not dealing with public directly. Phoned Supersonic, MTN Fibre, re app**** telephonically. Was promised service within 3 days. No service. No answers. No communication from any party involved. Service pathetic to say the least. Will cancel contract because of worst service delivery ever.
