MTNSP Mobilesplus is pathetic!!!
<p>Well done MTN, Mobilesplus is dragging your reputation down the drain! </p> <p> </p> <p>- They don't allow you to keep your existing mtn number. (for this reason I didnt take THEIR mtn contract!)</p> <p>- extremely unhelpful, not sure why they employed as agents if they lack a friendly attitude</p> <p>- their call centre agents are just down right rude and misinformed</p> <p> </p> <p>So again, well done on aligning with a partner that has ZERO inkling of how to keep an MTN client. </p> <p> </p> <p>So cheers to losing potential business!!</p>
