MTN..SICKENING NO SERVICE COMPANY

Most shocking service ever. I have 2 contracts from Mtn for 17 years. Everything is a struggle. They owe me 1975.00 since 13th of December 2021. Call centre has a different story every day. Pop-ups on my cel daily 42 per day. Cannot cancel..yet they claim it is 3rd party related...which is a lie. It states clearly MTN!!!!. IT GETE TAKEN FROM YOUR ACCOUNT and customer is helpless. Contract amount should be the same every month..however USELESS ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT NOW DECIDED I AGREED TO PAY 1.00 PER DAY TILL MY (NOT IN ARREARS ACCOUNT) is paid in full. Horrible useless **********...I am going to cancel both contracts seeing that MTN lists customers at ITC and suspend however and whenever MTN feels like it. It is a non-stop fight with MTN. ALSO NOTICE THEY NEVER EVER REPLY.
