MTNSA- Poor Network coverage

We have been ssues with the MTN network coverage for almmost a month now i called their network coverage number which am not allowed to display here. They asked me to provide Sim card numbers which i did and still no help. The networj coverage is very poor and I have been working from him since lockdown. My productivity has been jeopardized beyond. 1 minute the connection is there te next minute is gone. Please help
