MTNSA Goldfields sells Bull****! The manager is also a bull**** of a person.

MTN screen protector are bull**** like their products!

I went to MTN Goldfields on the 9th of January and bought a ****ty screen protector for a frikking R300 bucks, which they told me it would last for more than 3 years, and is scratch and shock resistant.

Within a week or two it started peeling and I returned to the store, for a replacement and instead of replacing it they reapp**** it and assured me that it wouldn't peel, the gullible guy in me agreed to their bull****!

It peeled within a month of replacement and I went to the store they told me I need to see the manager, I called the store to arrange to meet with him but he told me I can't be helped as the lady who was helping me did not write or indicate that I came within a week on their records, and I calling a month later, and the lady has been fired from work!

My question is simple should I not be refunded for their administrative errors? How could I have accessed their records and write, the network provider sells bull**** of accessories and tells lies.
