MtnSA does not care about it's customers

I have a contract with mtn and a insurance with mtn friends Momentum/Metropolitan for a one year now, July I lost my contract phone, I log a claim, and it was declined for no valid reason, I wish I can attach all documents for the claim, now I have to pay for two more years without a Phone
