MTNSA contracts

Mtn phone contracts. I called MTN 30 days prior my contract expiry date and I was told I need to call on the date of the contract expiry date to cancel my data contract. TODAY the 10th of Feb 2024. I call and wanna confirm the cancelation I being told my contract will only be canceled on 30 days after the expiry date coz I didn't put notice before. What kind of a **** is this??? You MTN guys are very terrible with your services because your agents speak things they're not well informed about. NOW I HAVE TO STUPIDLY INCLUDE YOU IN MY BUDGET unnecessarily so. I'm utterly not impressed with the service from you MTNSA😑
