MTN's useless services

This is nonsense. First of all, when I took my contract out with MTN I gave them my banking details and the debit date. I got my phone on the 23rd of March and asked them to Debit on the last day of every month. they haven't debited since. I paid MTN an amount of R359 on the 28th of May and yet they have the nerve to suspend my services???? They don't have the right. it's not my job to pay you guys, it's your fricken job to debit from your customers accounts when they tell you to!!!!! You better reactivate my ****** services. Some of us are working from home and need our cell phones!! I paid you!!!! When you call the call center, they don't answer the damn phones!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
