MTNs Useless Service

Terrible service at MTN . By Sindisiwe ***,Mbalenhle Zondo and Moses were absolutely dreadful. You call into MTN for service and you get trash talk as if the clients don’t have a right to be irate. I called in due to being double debited And after being assured that the issue with my payments will be rectified because the system has an error ! After multiple back and forth calls still nothing has been resolved they gladly take your money and yet are never useful.. most of the agents are as useless.I have never in my many years dealt with such dreadful people and MTN I want my damn money back as soon as possible!!
