MTN's unreliable customer service

Got an MTN contract in June 2020 and the sales agent sold me something different to the contract. I contacted MTN and they confirmed I was right after listening to the call recording. They are still billing me a year later and the sim is inactive and this is now affecting my credit score. I would never recommend anyone to use MTN!
