MTN’s *****ulent activity using my name

Dear MTN Customer Care,

I am writing to report that an unauthorised contract was opened in my name on your network without my knowledge or consent. I have never signed any agreement with MTN, nor have I authorised any charges. To my shock I had been handed over for a service I know absolutely nothing about. Fix it asap as this is causing significant damage to my credit bureau information.

I have opened a police case to document this ***** and would like MTN to immediately suspend any alleged debt linked to my identity. I request MTN to investigate this matter, clear my name from the contract, and confirm in writing that the account is closed with no liability to me.

I expect a prompt response within 24 hours outlining the steps you will take to resolve this issue. You ought to have much stricter verification, this is unacceptable! I want my name cleared immediately.
