MTN's the company of empty promises

And so the fun in the sun continues with MTN. 2 weeks ago after, posting on HelloPeter, Kevin from MTN customer care said that I should give them 1 day. Well to tell you the truth I'm become used to MTN making promises they couldn't keep. Now my account have been handed over to MBD Inc. Just for MTN's laziness of getting the recording of the call that was made to me. I am tired of empty promises, I'm done with no level of service.... MTN get your but in gear and get that recording because I will not pay. That recording is proof that I'm right and you are wrong and I want it period.

I want someone to contact me to tell me that they have the recording and where I can listen to it. I want this matter to be settled and my name to be cleared on the credit bureau because of your ***** up not mine.
