MTN's terrible experience

I bought a router online and was made to pay pro rata. Long story short - it's been a week now I'm battling with the refund because their DSV delivery guy brought a malfunctioning finger print machine. I regret ever purchasing online with Mtn. It was my first and last time. Mtn's service is terrible.
