Mtn's shocking service delivery!

Terrible service, upgraded my account, ever since the upgrade I can't see who's calling! After numerous reference numbers and hours of holding on, problem still isn't solved. They just don't seem to care. But very happy to debit my account every month. Typical. Can't cancel the account because they tie you in even if they don't deliver what they promise.
