MTN's SH8CKINGLY BAD SERVICE

I bought R149 data on 11 May 2023 on my bank app. I received notification of 2G + 2G promo + 1G free. Great! But when I checked my data balance by following the correct prompts, there was no sight of the new balance. The screen showed only "showmax", & "promo." No sight of my purchase. So I took a screen grab of the notifications on my bank app as well as the notifications and prompt screen. I've been without sufficient data since 11/5/23. I phoned MTN 14/5/23. No help. I went to MTN today. They sent me to my bank to printout a statement (which was not needed!) The bank assistant showed me what to do, then I went back 5o MTN where the assistant took a photo 8f the details and said she wd call me back. That was a few mins past.9am. No reply. At home I had to phone MTN 135 3 times.Their 'promt' 8nstructions still did not show my data balance. I still see showman and promo balances, but no data balances. I wont express here how I feel about this.
