MTNs' SERVICE SUCKS

MTNs' service sucks. I reported a contract taken under my name **********ly and submitted all the required documents now they are failing to provide me with a letter confirming that the investigation is underway as this letter is required somewhere else. They have been sending me from pillar to post. Their service really sucks!
