MTN's service is useless!

If you want no service, go to MTN. i have spent hours of my time trying to solve what is a BASIC issue and a problem with the MTN network. I have been unable to receive OTP OR SMS from abroad and No one at MTN including their tech department can assist me!. Without receiving an OTP from my bank I cannot do any purchases or payments using my bank card. Can you believe this. No SMS's from abroad are being received. Never had this problem from my previous service provider. MTN = no customer service!
