MTN’s service is horrible
The service we are getting from MTN is horrible , I have been waiting for feedback for almost 2 weeks now and today they debit my account R3700, I told them to deactivate debit order until the issue is resolved

Secondly I have never been to Italy and lastly my debit order was not cancelled because you debited my account today and I can prove it , this really shows how *********** MTN is your responses are not factual
