MTN's **** service

I am utterly frustrated with MTN services. This keeps on happening. This nonsense they call their policy is costing me as a customer. I've paid for my internet service before the beginning of the new month only for them to not grant me access in the new month stating that I made payment early enough but it only reflected after the 25th(which is still before the new month). I'm canceling all my family members contracts and internet services with MTN. This is utter ****!
