My wife had a contract with MTN that was meant to be cancelled as per the discussion we both had with the agent over the phone, it's been the second month that she has been debted and a Sim only plan was put on n her account without her consent.this will be escalated to the ombudsman to further investigate as we had enough of MTN's poor service from both the store and call Centre.
