MTN's Rooters are *******

MTN rooter acc statement sent and the Westgate staff clearly confirmed the previous month that payment should be made by the 4th of the month. Went the 2nd and paid 2 seperate payments and the same day it was off. Spent 3 hours in the store (had to take a days leave) and still today NO access. The next day another hour. I work on commission from home so income is affected. The manager Ronald is now avoiding my calls. It's been 6 days ,,,, ridiculous.
