MTN's Records in error, correction proivided, issue remains unresolved

On 3 March 2024 I had a cell phone contract declined. Order ID *** with the reason Customer undergoing debt review. I provided evidence to MTN that the status was incorrect. Instead of obtaining the expected removal of the erroneous status, Khethiwe Mafuna simply responded as follows: Thank you for your email. Please note that your application was declined, as you do not meet the minimum requirements. We trust the above is in order, we look forward to being of service to you.

Please help in correcting the credit status MTN has on file, as it is not correct.
