MTN's Putrid service levels

I'm trying to upgrade with MTN but it seems like such an effort. Their stores promise availability of products at certain times and they can't follow through on their promise because apparently they're waiting on their warehouse. Why make the promise in the first place. You call their customer service line and when the call eventually gets answered there's dead air on the onthet side. I tried giving you guys the benefit of the doubt but I called it several times and the same thing happens. It's strenuous and stressful. This is putrid service. You guys don't miss taking a payment but when it comes to providing the best possible service there's not so much as a call back.
