MTN's poor wifi service

I have been logging tickets to complain about poor WIFI and they keep telling me to move my router but that still doesn't solve anything, this issues has been ongoing for weeks and for someone that works remotely, I really need good internet connection. I have been requesting for the tower around my area to be fixed but no...today I received a warning from my manger because of this ongoing issue.
