MTN’s poor service and incompetence!

I called the MTN customer care and spoke to Mirriam Lestatsi on a query I had regarding a sim only deal contract that I took with Rewardsco and she said I should email her the contract so she can log a case for me for the correct data to be allocated. I emailed it to her while she was still on the line and she confirmed the at she got the contract and she will send me a reference number but I don’t have it up until now. I sent her an email to follow up but she hasn’t responded to it either.
