MTN’s Poor Debit Order Collection system

MTN’s debit order collection system has been failing for the past five months. The automated solution intended to facilitate payments. Is not functioning, resulting in a poor customer experience.

I am either forced to make payments at an MTN store or make payments online. MTN please fix this!
