MTN's Persistent Deductions: A Frustrating Experience of Unresolved Billing Issues

I purchased a cellphone on contract from MTN in 2021 and successfully completed all payments. However, despite multiple visits to their branch and emails to customer care, MTN continues to deduct funds from my account for data I no longer use. In April 2024, I visited their branch to terminate these deductions, and after three months and another visit in June, they assured me it was resolved. Yet, to my frustration, deductions persist. MTN, I demand a prompt resolution and a refund of my money!
