MTN'S PATHETIC SERVICE TO PAYING CUSTOMERS

It is very sad indeed that MTN blames their own pathetic service to their customers also on load shedding and ESCOM's bad service delivery. I am living in Six Fountains Residential Estate, Pretoria. For the past 3 months every time there is load shedding and at least for 4 hours after load shedding, I have no signal at all. As I am working from home this is disastrous. Since we sometimes have load shedding 3 times per day, that means that I have no cell phone coverage the whole day. If one phone MTN's coverage helpdesk you are told that the engineers are working on the problem. So that means they are working on the same problem now for 3 months in a row. So either fire the engineers (which may be skeletons by now) or buy a backup battery to take you through load shedding. It is MTN's responsibility to ensure that paying clients will have coverage at all times. To blame Escom is just pathetic. What am I paying for then, you should make sure I am covered because I am paying for a service from YOU. The operator told me herself that the standard saying "The Engineers are working on the problem" is the response that they see on the computer whenever someone from Six Fountains and surrounds phone enquiring about the signal.
